Bizon Group Inc Warranty Policy Details
We provide limited structural support for our industrial units, tailored to the demands of the various climate zones in the U.S.

Bizon Group Inc provides a limited industrial warranty on all units. We ensure that containers meet our internal standards for structural integrity and durability for domestic storage and logistics needs across the United States.

This coverage focuses on primary structural defects, such as corner castings and wind/watertight integrity regarding the specific length of coverage for units.
Section 3 – Legal Framework & Limitations
Section 4 – Warranty Exclusions
Warranty does not cover surface rust, dents, or paint wear typical of industrial goods. Damage from site shifting, improper transport, or natural events is excluded. Door seals are only covered at the time of delivery.

Any modifications, cuts, or additions made by parties other than Bizon Group Inc will void this warranty. To maintain eligibility, all structural customizations must be performed by our authorized technicians prior to sale.

Buyers must site the container on a level, compacted surface to avoid frame racking. Routine maintenance of hinges and seals is the owner's responsibility to prevent moisture ingress and ensure the unit's longevity.

Section 2 – Warranty Coverage
This policy is subject to Bizon Group Inc . Our liability is limited to the repair or replacement of structural defects as determined by our authorized inspection representatives.
